a medicine bottle that is turn on the side with nfl team names in side and a few comes out (names) with a few $$ sign coming out also

I think I can help.... but is what you posted what you really want. Is the "formula 411" the final name and is it only for football? Are there certain team logos or names that you only want to use.... I mean if I stick panthers and Bills (teams with little popularity currently) or would prefer current rivalries like indy/ pats or soemthing similar?

Is there reasoning behind the use of a medicine bottle? I rather prefer something in relation to sports and/or gambling. Is there a catch phrase that you want to include....something like.... "the only formula to winning" or "the only formula to winning consistently"

I thought about this too but I dont think it would be appropriate to football or gambling... I know what you were thinking of when you posted this, but it just makes me think of racing rather than winning or gambling..... (hmmm maybe a checkered flag??? LOL)
